series of pictures i did in our local city mission where homeless people can get a warm meal and a place to sleep during this cold season. they also have a bus driving aroung through the night to find people needing help. i stayed at this mission and in this bus for one night and tried to catch the mood of this whole facility. different from my normal work, but i hope you'll also enjoy these works, at least to think about people who dont have what you have and need help.

the hidden guy brought himself a can of ravioli and the other guy wanted to get it. its was just a fun fight and both are still friends. :)

Great story, from the picture alon I would think it was the other way around :-)

I love the way you have captured the moment in this. It seems so real you can almost touch it, be a part of the whole event. And good choise with the B&W, it always brings that little something in the picture. At least when you're talking about photojournalism.

And I think it's a great thing you have taken part to that bus ride. I think it can really open one's eyes. We're so occupied with ourselves nowadays that tend to whine about all the little things and forget that some people have it a lot worse.

But an amazing job you have done, I love everything about this.

unusual at this account. love to see this kind of work from you.

don't you agree that each account should have the feature to set multiple galleries? submitting everything to the same place is so messy.
:iconangelcurls:
yes, youre right, there should be an option to sort your gallery by categorie. its alos the reason why i always hesitate to show such work, because its just not the right place between all my architecture and fashion picture. but i also dont want to open a new account though... my website will be online again on feb 15th, so there will be everything on its place and maybe i'm going to clean this account a bit. :)

i can't explain why i like this at all, but i do, very much so actually :+fav:
:icontndfx:
I mean, there's the "categories" feature - which I never use cause it is not the same as if I would have two ore three ore whatever galleries under the same account.

From an artistic point of view it makes MUCH more sense to sort different work through different galleries. The way this works now is limited to some sort of "art-blog", and not really a gallery.

The flickr (btw, do you know flickr??) concept seems much more coherent regarding this subject.

I like this photo. The element of fun in an otherwise depressing (to my mind at least) environment is a nice break. Lovely wide angle too. :)

I love a picture that tells a story.

i know flickr, but i prefer my own website instead of such an archive. ;) i would appreciate some change here, but its ok. in fact, i'm just here for fun and therefor its ok. :)
